Emilie & Brice Bolognini have operated this domaine since 2003. They have converted the vines to Biodynamic agriculture, they work by hand, and let sheep graze amongst the vines in the winter. The wine is an equal parts blend of Grenache and Syrah (with a dash of Carignan) that comes in at 14.
