Daiginjyo[SasayaMozaemon]720ml Sasaiwai yet has a strong flavorIt is a daiginjyo sake of the daiginjyo variety, brewed by hand in the cold of winter in a warehouse buried in snow. It is made with 38% Yamada Nishiki, the best variety of sake rice, and is brewed slowly at low temperature using only the core of the rice. It tastes even better when served chilled.
