This new design eliminates the need to access the inside of the tank or cell! The fitting installs just like a rivet nut. Just drill a hole, install return tube, insert the fitting with the rubber washer, and tighten the bolt! The fitting collapses or "mushrooms" from the underside which secures the fitting to the tank creating a perfect seal to the tank mating surfaces! The fitting is
