Found across 4 hectares in Ammerschwihr, the team work symbiotically with the environment, planting trees to increase ecological diversity and working the land with Iris, their mare. Riesling 2024 is made entirely of grapes from the clay limestone Holderbaum plots, named after the old orchard trees which co exist
