Mentored by Marcel Lapierre in Beaujolais and seasoned at Clos Ouvert in Chile, he tends two hectares in Loir et Cher. These clay limestone plots of Pineau d'Aunis, Ct, Gamay and Pinot Noir are up to 40 years old, and border the vines of the late Olivier Lemasson where Jeremy also learnt the craft. His wines are expressive and fruit driven, a
