Dyckia dawsonii (Bill Baker clone) X NIDUSINCORAEA At the time it wasDyckia dawsonii is a terrestrial species from Brazil. The burgundy, green leaves are narrower than other clones of Dyckia dawsonii which makes the spines seem larger on this clone. Bill Baker used this clone to makes many Dyckia hybrids. Grows to a mature size of 16 inches across. Grows best in high light to full sun. Please remember that Dyckias, like most terrestrial bromeliads, like to be kept hydrated during the drier months.
