Used with some minor wear but overall good condition, see photos. Fish or collect! Great vintage lure from a huge find of old lures dating to the 70's and 80's from the estate of a former professional angler. Needs hooks if you want to fish but this one is more of a collector. Appears to have all brass as far as I can tell (look at photos). Early Florida
