Cantina Furlani, Macerato 2021 Mineral High minerality and a salineNestled high in the Dolomites above Trento, Cantina Furlani, led by Matteo Furlani, cultivates vines at altitudes over 700 metres. Thriving in clay rich soils over schist and broken granite, termed sasso dolomitico, natural methods prevail, with biodynamic preparations integrated into vineyard practices. Sparkling cuvees, are crafted minimally, fermenting in cement tanks or glass demijohns without temperature control, yeast or sulphites. Traditional
