Description

Strekov 1075 is the winery of Zsolt Sütó

a hint of spice that reminded me of sarsaparilla

It’s nice and dry on the palate

dare I say “hoppy” herbaceusness

and refreshing citrus on the palate

Coup de Jus "Dionysus Is On Fire" Gamay 2022 Style:Red Strekov 1075 is the wineryFrom the importer: Due to several years of tough harvests, they started a side project, buying organic grapes from friends who make wine in other regions, and bottling them under the Coup de Jus label. Certified organic Gamay, raised in old barrels and demi muid.
