While bright and fresh, the palate is remarkably full, with intense concentration, zest and richness in the finish. This old world inspired Sauvignon Blanc can be enjoyed now or up to eight years from vintage. Grapes are sourced from Walker Bay, the only ones in the Stony Brook range not to be grown on the estate.
