We sourced our rhubarb from a family farm outside of Launceston, where they have farmed and selectively harvested only the richest flavours and colour over many years, creating an incredible depth of flavour. Created with a balance of sweetness, floral and fresh tartness. Imagine Turkish delight, with a big splash
