This composition began with a walk along the shoreline just outside Ardchattan Priory on the West Coast of Scotland, where natural elements were gathered with curiosity and intention. This piece carries the quiet spirit of the ocean a meditation on what the sea and the wind leave behind. Against a hand painted deep blue background on watercolour paper reminiscent of open water layers
