It is the earlier version of the sign, with the QSM logo in the middle, and dates to the 1920's. It is double sided (both sides shown in photos) and does show its age, with some character giving chips to the porcelain. Please note that one of the mounting holes on the top has rusted through and would need to be repaired if you were to want
