Local Raw Targhee Fleece - Fog - 5.5 lbs (Amiable Acres) Donut Ball The fiber doesn't dictateFog is the biggest fleece in this batch, named, the farm suspects, for her tendency to materialize silently out of the morning mist at the hay feeder before anyone else has stirred. She's a large, calm ewe who produces accordingly: a full 5. 5 lb clip with excellent coverage, consistent staple, and the kind of volume that makes a spinner very happy. Each fleece has been skirted in the grease and is ready for washing with your favorite wool scour.
