While the Mezzanine PCB (which sits on top of it) handles the physical BNC and HDMI jacks, the Main PCB handles the heavy lifting: video processing, the 4K switching matrix, and the Ethernet communication logic. Because this unit is a "4K" model, the Main PCB is packed with high performance FPGAs designed to handle 6G SDI bandwidths.
