I suspect this is a 20th Century version not from the 19th Century

It measures 7 7 8" in diameter, has "Made In Spain" and 2 holes for hanging in the foot impressed into the back. This is what Mexican Talavera emulates in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. Very good condition with a few nicks around the edges.
