Domaine Monier Perreol, Syrah, 2022 Raj's Pick sweet spices and Mediterranean herbsAlthough this is the Domaine's most immediate wine, it's a shining example of the style they aim to produce, which is Syrah in its purest, most wonderfully aromatic form. This is gently made, fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve Syrah's attractive floral qualities. Drinking well now, this is precise and elegant, as you would expect from well made Syrah grown on granitic soils. Delicious!
