Mosaic Tile Company Hunting Dog Panel Animals It displays an underwater sceneThis tile panel was made at the Mosaic Tile Company of Zanesville Ohio in the 1920s. Hand drawn in blue glaze on top of white it shows a hunting dog, probably an English Setter, in profile. Each tile measures 6" square and nearly 3 4" thick. Made from a red faience clay for frostproof applications the backs bear the company's early circular mark. The 12" x 6" panel is in very good condition and was never installed. The bottom tile has a shallow flake
