The typewriter is in great cosmetic condition with only a few chips and some fading in the paint and lettering

The hinged case bears a patent date of October 22

which is in good condition with some signs of wear

I believe it to be by Holiday Fair

and features a portrait of Rear Admiral George Dewey (other sources rank him as Commodore)
