As always, the flowers emerge a fresh lime green before quickly changing in to a crystal white. As the season progresses, the large conical blooms gradually blush pink, giving them the look of an ice cream covered in strawberry sauce! Sadly, I don't have any photos of this variety showing its full colour change because we always seem to sell out before
