Spirit of North Scotland 1973 His Excellency 25% 70cl PX SHerry Finish Suntory Umeshu Plumb Liqueur isSpirit of North Scotland 1973 His Excellency 25% 70cl A fascinating piece of liquid history here a grain spirit distilled all the way back in 1973. Not only that, but it was born at the family run North of Scotland Distillery which was only open from 1957 1980. While technically not a Scotch (its released at 25% ABV, far below the legal 40%), it is light, zesty, delicate and thoroughly delicious.
