On the palate, the fruit is pure. Ripe peach, zesty citrus and a pithy texture from delayed pressing. There is depth from ginger spice and a nutty, yeasty note. The finish is long and fresh. A really beautiful example of South African Chenin Blanc. The grapes are hand harvested, partially destemmed and then pressing is delayed to add some texture to the wine, which is welcome and compliments
