The almost maze like cubist design has been coloured in pink and red berry tones, and is from the mid 1970s. Pierre Cardin was an absolute forerunner of modernist design, and this scarf is a great example of that. The scarf bears the Pierre Cardin signature at one corner, and the washing and composition tag is still attached indicating that this was for the Japanese market. Condition
