Colet Vins, Vatua Rosé, 2020 Sherry Join us for dinner withThis ros version of the 'Vatua!' cuvee came about when Sergi Colet and Fredi Torres were having long and happy lunch. Fredi mixed a little of his Priorat Grenache into some regular 'Vatua!' they liked the result and since then have made a version with a dosage of Fredis wine. This gives it a lovely onion skin colour and a bit of spice and rounder fruitiness, its a great food wine. Oriental spice, tropical fruit and citrus on the nose. Full and rich in
