This bottling is limited to just 251 bottles and was matured in First Fill Manzanilla Hogshead, reracked from a refill Hogshead in November 2020. It sits at 56. 3% ABV and was bottled on 06 02 23. Tasting Note: Nose: Clean, poised and citrusy with buttery baked apples with demerara sugar. Palate: Distinctly waxy with sharp fresh ginger, fresh malt, lemon
