Fermented, distilled, and aged in virgin American white oak barrels in Carleton County of New Brunswick. A mixed grain mash (American style) distillate that is aged a minimum of 3 years in our charred and toasted American oak barrels. Once the whisky is mature enough, we blend the barrels together in small batches with our best efforts
