The fruit is from super low yielding vines producing the most beautiful fruit, pressed and fermented slowly and gently. The wine is precise and fresh and yet rich. Mouthwatering citrus and herbal tension run alongside candied peel and sweet ginger spice. A yeasty, leesy note compliment this perfectly. It is structured, lingering and a treat the whole way. This wine will stand up to some food with a bit of punch;
