Pyromorphite (rare from Bolivia) Stibnite and when it arrived

and when it arrived

I have photographed the crystals under the microscope to show that they are truly terminated crystals and not just a mass

fine blue-green color prismatic crystal of Amazonite with no matrix

but it's still a very nice example of crystallized Feldspar from Colorado

and this piece is crystallized on BOTH sides

Pyromorphite (rare from Bolivia) Stibnite and when it arrivedThis specimen was collected in August of 2009 in Bolivia. On a worldwide scale, these are not the finest Pyromorphite specimens, but for Bolivia, they are wonderful unique and interesting specimens. For any of you Pyromorphite collectors out there, this is something that is very rarely offered on the open market. Several good quality, sharp, lustrous, prismatic, bright yellow green hexagonal crystals of Pyromorphite sit atop Sandstone matrix.
