Classic Piment d'Ville fast heat that quickly dissipatesPiment d'Ville is our California grown version of the Basque Piment d'Espelette. A little sweet and a little spicy, it's flavor is unmatched and you'll never tire of finding ways to use it in your cooking. Start by replacing your black pepper with Piment d'Ville and see how much better everything you cook tastes. It's something to use liberally and often in the kitchen. Classic Piment d'Ville is our flagship chile that we've been growing since 2012
