Korean Gochujang Glazed Short Rib with Sticky Rice & Pear Slaw chicken 2 - 4 PlayersWell admit itthis dish is something special. Rich, intense Gochujang coats meltingly tender beef short rib, slow cooked for over 4 hours and ready for its final flourishbasted, simmered, and finished over the BBQ or fire pit for that irresistible charred depth. Served with creamy coconut rice and a crisp pear and cucumber slaw, its a dish we come back to time and time again. Serves 2 Ready in 30 minutes This dish rather special if we do say so
