Beautifully constructed with a double hasp and green & red lacquer work, this would have been made for a wealthy client and features a mix of brass and iron hardware. Bikaner is unique to Rajasthan that it had access to cedar wood from the himalayas. The base of this chest and the candle box are constructed from cedar wood. The main body of
