Dahlia Tuber Shiloh Noelle but in redGorgeous light lavender coloured dinner plate dahlia (white on the outer petals with lavender in the centre). Dinner plate dahlias have large blooms the size of a dinner plate. May require insect bagging due to light coloured petals on the outer layer of this dahlia.
