Three piece construction, gilt protractor with crossed drafting tools on a red enamelled circle, mounted to a wings base in silvered bronze with a gilt Franco crown, the insignia held in place via a screwpost and nut combination, unmarked, measuring 94 mm (w) x 38. 3 mm (h), two loops for uniform attachment on the reverse, intact enamels, scattered silvering wear, light contact overall, near extremely fine.
