Obverse centre medallion bearing image of St. Sava in green robes in enamel, encircled in Orders motto translating to One's Own Work Achieves All. Reverse bearing 1883 in gold on white enamel encircled with gold laurel on blue enamel, measuring 84. 59mm (h), x 51. 91 (w) to top of cross on crown suspension), 45.
