Suspension in silver gilt, set with synthetic imitation red stone, 44. 1mm wide. Unmarked, however made exclusively by the Romanian State mint. In very fine condition. Very scarce. Footnote: This was the highest award of the Romanian Socialist Republic and was seldom awarded.
