Paltrinieri specializes in the pale Sorbara grape, but Solco is 100% Lambrsuco Salamino, a darker hued and intensely berry forward version of the grape. It's a fully dry version, with flavors of black cherry and fennel, and plenty of fresh acidity. A perfect wine for pizza.
