Domaine Roulot, Meursault 1er Cru Charmes, 2023 GUIDO with just a hint ofCharmes is Meursault's best known Premier Crusoft, generous, and approachableand Roulot's version proves that popularity doesn't mean surrendering to fashion. While other Charmes swagger, Roulot pulls back just enough to let the stone speak. You get the richness you came for, but backed by mineral structure and a voice that hasn't been sweetened. A prestige wine that earns its status through restraint, not display.
