A pair of wartime Heer portraits, including one depicting a Heer Enlisted soldier, in uniform and wearing a 1939 Iron Cross II Class ribbon, with an unidentified shoulder strap cypher, the cockade wreath on his cap is notably placed upside down, the obverse bearing an embossed studio mark, measuring 104 mm (w) x 145 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a second one depicting a Grodeutschland Division Leutnant, wearing a 1939 Iron
