Nepenthes veitchii (Murud Striped x Candy), Specimen A pmax_beginner Note that since macfarlanei grows

Note that since macfarlanei grows sympatrically with ramispina and sanguinea hybrids may be possible

It is a highland plant requiring warm days and cool nights with good light and humidity

so far it's maintained a smaller stature than other clones in our collection

pitcher coloration and shape is expected to be variable

We find it reminiscent of Nepenthes villosa but much easier (a poor man’s villosa if you will)

Nepenthes veitchii (Murud Striped x Candy), Specimen A pmax_beginner Note that since macfarlanei growsThis plant was bred by Christian Klein, the famous German nurseryman with one of the world's best veitchii collections. The cross was done between a striped veitchii from the Kelabit Highland and an extremely squat, pink variety with candy striped peristome. Each of the offspring is a genetically distinct individual and the traits range across the siblings. All photos here are the exact plant for sale. The plant should flower in the next year given
