Constructed of a red cotton twill base, reinforced along all three edges with black leather borders, with the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel through which is loop a drawstring which culminates in a loop at one end and with a functional magnetic metal spring clip at the other end, bearing double sided Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps (National Socialist Motor Corps NSKK) insignias carefully
