Constructed of silver, the obverse with the leftward facing bust of Ante Paveli, circumscribed by his name in Croatian, the reverse bearing a large superimposed U with a central flaming grenade, dated 1941 and inscribed Ready to Defend the Fatherland and For Bravery in capitalized Croatian, marked on the rim TK denoting maker and goose mark denoting . 800 silver
