A Rare Vehicle Emblem, By Wilhelm Deumer consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Circa 1860-1870(Deutscher Luftsportverband Motorhaubenemblem). Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a Deutscher Luftsportverband (German Air Sports Association DLB) insignia in the form of a red enameled ring overlaid by a pair of stylized wings joined together in the centre by a propeller, in turn defaced by a black mobile swastika, the reverse with two threaded lugs for attachment to a vehicle, maker marked WILH.
