It is in 100% cotton emerald green gingham and suitably decked out with pockets, ruffles AND ric rac! A tie waist nips you in and there are a whooping eleven white flower buttons down the back. The square neckline front and back is very flattering to all shapes while the shoulder ruffles playfully
