Small pearl buttons down the front of the dress with 2 small plastic buttons at the waist. 3 small pearl buttons at the cuffs. Tie in the back at the waist allows you to adjust the fit. Dress is lined except the sleeves. Garment does have minor flaws: small mark at the right cuff and some light staining at the back hemline. Overall these flaws are minor and do not affect the wearability. Please
