襖や掛け軸、屏風、巻き物など、日本の伝統的な紙工芸を担う表具師によって、焼箔を丁寧な手仕事でパネルに表装しています。表具は、古くから芸術や宗教が盛んであった京都を中心として発達してきました。 和紙や糊などを材料とし、加湿と乾燥を繰り返していくうちに、複雑な幾度の工程を経て完成させていきます。

「一生着られる振袖」の制作は、すべて京都の職人による手仕事。職人とチームを組み作った本物志向の着物を適正価格で、作り手の顔が見える形でお届けすることにこだわりました。丹後ちりめん、引染め、手描き友禅、金彩、和裁。日本の伝統技術が結集した、一品です。制作Special Movie公開中。
