Sadly it only fitted me once, so Ive redesigned it with more wriggle room for comfort. Id say its late forties through to mid fifties in style definitely after 1947. It is a little deceptive as its not quite a full circle. Its more fitted from the waist to the high hip line, where mock pocket flaps sit over an abundance of lovely pleats. It makes a great dancing skirt
